Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

To request a return, please contact commerce@attdayseoul.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect. Please do not return any product before receiving return authorization and the applicable return address from us.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, OHMIA will cover the reasonable return or replacement costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
