Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: September 20, 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to OHMIA. This online store is operated by Ancient To Today Co., Ltd. under the brand name OHMIA. The terms “OHMIA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ancient To Today Co., Ltd.
We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding orders, payments, delivery, intellectual property, warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at:
https://2jma1d-av.myshopify.com/policies/privacy-policy
If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
To access or use certain Services, including purchasing products, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, telephone number, and shipping address.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and lawfully provided, and that you have the right to provide such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your customer account to another person without our prior written consent.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, product colors, textures, dimensions, and appearance may vary depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors.
Product packaging, labeling, ingredients, and design may be updated from time to time, provided that such changes comply with applicable law and do not materially reduce the essential characteristics of an accepted order without an appropriate remedy.
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may be changed before an order is accepted. We may discontinue products or limit the quantity of products available to a person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.
Cosmetic products may affect individuals differently. Information provided through the Services is for general product information only and is not medical advice. You should review the product ingredients and directions before use and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. If you have a medical condition, allergy, or specific health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Nothing in this section excludes any statutory guarantee, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.
We must receive authorization for payment before accepting an order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, delivery restrictions, sanctions or export-control requirements, or suspected violation of these Terms.
If we decline or cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We will try to accommodate cancellation or address-change requests submitted before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing or shipment has begun.
If we make a material change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy:
https://2jma1d-av.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy
Products sold through this consumer store are intended primarily for personal or household use. Commercial resale, redistribution, or export may require our prior written approval and may be subject to separate terms.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice before an order is placed. The price applicable to an accepted order is the price displayed at checkout and stated in the order confirmation, subject to correction of obvious errors in accordance with applicable law.
The checkout page will indicate the applicable currency, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us. Depending on the customer’s location and applicable law, listed prices may include or exclude sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, customs duties, import charges, or similar charges.
Where duties, taxes, or import charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them directly to the relevant authority or carrier. We will disclose available information at checkout or in our Shipping Policy where reasonably possible.
Prices available through this store may differ from prices offered through third-party marketplaces, distributors, retailers, physical stores, or promotional channels.
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and account information and to update that information as necessary.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services may be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, methods, charges, and estimated delivery periods are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy:
https://2jma1d-av.myshopify.com/policies/shipping-policy
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, incorrect address information, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will remain responsible for the products until risk of loss passes to you in accordance with applicable law. For consumer orders, risk generally passes when you or a person designated by you takes physical possession of the products. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at commerce@attdayseoul.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
If a parcel is materially delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required under applicable law and our published policies.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents—including trademarks, trade names, logos, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, artwork, video, audio, software, layout, and design—are owned by Ancient To Today Co., Ltd., its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
Unless permitted by applicable law or authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, scrape, store, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit any material from the Services.
OHMIA’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or other intellectual property owned by or licensed to Ancient To Today Co., Ltd. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Shopify’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are owned by Shopify or its licensors. Other names and marks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.
No provision of these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or services supplied by third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not control or operate those third-party tools.
Third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant provider. Before using a third-party tool, you should review its applicable terms and privacy practices.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your discretion. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by a third-party tool that is outside our reasonable control.
We may introduce new features, tools, or resources through the Services. Unless separate terms are provided, those features are also subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, marketplaces, social-media services, payment providers, or other external resources.
We do not control or endorse all third-party content and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites.
If you access a third-party website, your use of that website is governed by its own terms and privacy policies. You should review those documents before entering into a transaction or providing personal information.
Questions or complaints relating exclusively to a third-party product or service should be directed to the relevant third party. This does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law for products purchased directly from us.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
OHMIA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Ancient To Today Co., Ltd. Shopify is not the seller of OHMIA products and is not responsible for fulfillment, product quality, returns, refunds, warranties, or customer service relating to products purchased from us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss arising solely from products sold by Ancient To Today Co., Ltd. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
https://2jma1d-av.myshopify.com/policies/privacy-policy
Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify processes information relating to your access to and use of the Services to host, secure, maintain, and improve the platform and associated services.
Information may also be shared with payment providers, logistics providers, analytics providers, customer-support providers, professional advisers, government authorities, and other parties described in our Privacy Policy.
Personal information may be transferred to or processed in countries other than your country of residence. Such transfers will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit a product review, suggestion, proposal, photograph, comment, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services and our products.
This license applies only to the extent that you have the right to grant it and is subject to applicable privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property laws.
You represent that:
-
you own or have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback;
-
the Feedback is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
-
you have disclosed any compensation, free product, discount, or incentive received in connection with the Feedback; and
-
the Feedback does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing, or infected with malware.
We may moderate, decline to publish, or remove Feedback where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, protect users, or maintain the integrity of the Services.
We are not required to compensate you or respond to Feedback unless separately agreed in writing.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, taxes, or availability.
We may correct or update such information at any time.
If an obvious material error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund. We will not use this section to remove mandatory rights relating to an already accepted consumer order.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services:
-
for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose;
-
to violate applicable international, national, regional, or local laws;
-
to infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person;
-
to harass, threaten, abuse, defame, discriminate against, or harm another person;
-
to transmit false or materially misleading information;
-
to distribute unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, or similar solicitations;
-
to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
-
to introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful technology;
-
to interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services;
-
to collect personal information about others without lawful authority;
-
to bypass access restrictions or security measures; or
-
to reproduce, scrape, extract, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or their contents without authorization.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where necessary to protect customers, the Services, or third parties. Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable law.
SECTION 14 - AUTOMATED AGENTS
This section applies to software or services that take autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of a person or entity (“Agents”).
An Agent may access or interact with the Services only where permitted by applicable law, these Terms, our technical controls, and any instructions communicated through the Services.
Agents must not conceal their automated nature, misrepresent themselves as human, circumvent CAPTCHAs or security controls, evade technical restrictions, or continue accessing the Services after being instructed to stop.
We may use reasonable technical measures to limit, block, or control automated access where necessary to protect the Services, customers, intellectual property, security, or system performance.
SECTION 15 - SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to an account or part of the Services where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, suspected fraud, security concerns, misuse of the Services, or legal or regulatory requirements.
Termination of access does not automatically cancel an accepted order or remove payment, refund, delivery, warranty, or other obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, privacy, payment obligations, liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.
SECTION 16 - WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, accurate, and secure. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes. Product information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:
-
mandatory statutory warranties or consumer guarantees;
-
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded;
-
rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming products; or
-
any express warranty made by us in writing.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ancient To Today Co., Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable;
-
defective or unsafe products to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
-
violation of mandatory consumer or data-protection rights; or
-
any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from an individual order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a higher remedy is required by applicable law.
Shopify’s liability, if any, is governed by the terms applicable between Shopify and the relevant user and by applicable law.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Ancient To Today Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers against third-party claims arising directly from:
-
your material breach of these Terms;
-
your unlawful misuse of the Services;
-
content you submit that violates another person’s rights; or
-
your fraud, willful misconduct, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of the Services.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, defective products, or failure to perform our legal obligations.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim and allow reasonable cooperation in its defense. Any settlement imposing a non-monetary obligation on you requires your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The invalidity of one provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and us concerning use of the Services and purchases through this store, except for any additional terms expressly agreed in writing or any mandatory rights arising under applicable law.
If a specific policy or promotion contains terms that conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms will apply to the relevant subject matter, unless doing so would violate applicable law.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your account or contractual rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of business assets, or transfer to an affiliate, provided that such transfer does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and transactions with Ancient To Today Co., Ltd. are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The courts having jurisdiction over our registered business address in the Republic of Korea will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable procedural law.
If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country or region of residence, including any right to bring a claim in a court or dispute-resolution forum that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.
Before commencing formal proceedings, you may contact us at commerce@attdayseoul.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
SECTION 23 - HEADINGS
Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You can review the current version of these Terms on this page.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. Unless otherwise required by law, updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated on the page and will not retroactively alter accepted orders.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
