Orders are normally processed within [1–3] business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders for customers in the United States may be fulfilled from our United States fulfillment facility. Orders for customers in France, the Netherlands, and other supported European destinations may be fulfilled from our European fulfillment facility.

Estimated delivery times:

• France and the Netherlands: [2–7] business days after dispatch
• Australia: [3–7] business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be displayed at checkout or charged in accordance with the destination country’s requirements. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
